Personal data collected by Mindology may be transmitted directly by a User while browsing the Site or in the course of forming and executing an Order.
When you make a purchase from our store, as part of our buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide.
This information includes: surname, first name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, occupation, home address or login details of any User.
We may collect personal data directly from the User in a questionnaire set up by Mindology and submitted to certain Users in connection with the purchase of certain Products.
We also collect data through cookies. A cookie does not personally identify a User but allows its issuer to recognize the User's terminal and to collect a certain amount of information relating to the navigation carried out from this terminal.

Our store is hosted on Woo Commerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell you our services and products. Your data is stored in the Woo Commerce data storage system and databases, and in the general Woo Commerce application. Your data is kept on a secure server protected by a firewall.
Payment:
If you make your purchase through a direct payment gateway, in this case Woo Commerce will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted in accordance with the data security standard established by the payment card industry (PCI-DSS standard). Your purchase transaction information is retained for as long as necessary to complete your order. Once your order is finalized, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways are PCI-DSS compliant, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We have a period of one month from the date of receipt of the request to respond. An extension of 2 months is possible due to the complexity and number of requests, provided that the person concerned has been informed within the initial one month period.
In case of exercising a right to oppose marketing profiling, the User is informed that he will continue to receive commercial solicitations but these will be less relevant and will no longer be targeted according to his centers of interest.
As a data controller, we take great care to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data collected and processed.

The starting point for the retention of personal data is the later of the date of an Order by a User or the date of the last activity of the User.
